Can you tell me a little more about your lampwork beads? TOP
All of my beads are made by me at my home studio. (in our garage) :)
I use many types of glass: Effetre/Moretti, Lauscha, Vetrafond etc.. Each bead is immediately placed into the kiln for annealing, soaking and gradual cooling. I then clean the bead holes with a diamond tipped drill bit and inspect them before listing them.
Do you take custom orders? TOP
Due to time constraints, i am not taking custom orders, however feel free to drop me a line if there is something you are interested in seeing and i will try to work it in. What payment methods are accepted? TOP
I only accept Paypal and Money orders in U.S. dollars. When will my item(s) ship? TOP
Your items will ship promptly upon receipt of (cleared) payment. How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is a flat rate..
First class is $3.00 on your entire order, and Priority Shipping is $5.00 for your entire order.. no matter how much you buy. I will also include Delivery Confirmation on every order if it is available. Do you ship outside of the United States? TOP

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee ~ If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return them for a refund. I do ask that you email me and ship the item(s) back to me within 7 days of receipt of the item and item must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. (Refunds do not include shipping costs.)
